Here's a comprehensive guide to help you preserve the integrity of your content.

Instagram uses advanced compression algorithms to reduce the size of uploaded files, ensuring faster loading times and storage optimization. Unfortunately, this can lead to pixelation, blurry visuals, and lower frame rates. Using the right export settings minimizes these losses while ensuring your content shines.
Resolution: The Foundation of Quality
Instagram: Aim for a resolution of 1440p (1440x2560 pixels). While Instagram supports 4K uploads, it's important to consider the platform's compression algorithms, which may not always handle higher resolutions effectively.

You can also upload in 4K on Instagram, just keep the bitrate in mind so it doesn't get heavily compresses.

My recommendation is use 20 Mbps
Frame Rate
Stop uploading videos in 60 FPS only if you do gaming content, otherwise use one of the recommanded frame rates listed here. All the social media platform convert them in 30 FPS at the end.
Optimal frame rates of 23.97, 24, 25, or 30 FPS. These settings are more compatible with social media platforms and help maintain video quality.
